Delete your account
fomo-no-no · Android app and website
You can delete your fomo-no-no account, and the data that goes with it, yourself at any time.
In the app or on the website
- Open fomo-no-no and sign in.
- Open Settings (the account button, then Settings).
- Under Account, tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap the button.
Open fomo-no-no and go straight there →
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email or Google account link) and your username.
- Your friends, friend requests, blocks and group memberships.
- Lists you own and groups you run — they’re deleted for their followers and members too.
- Gigs you added and gigs you tagged (going, interested, recommended).
- Your saved venue and genre preferences, and your notification devices.
Deletion happens straight away and can’t be undone, apart from lists and groups (see below).
What we keep
- Gigs you sent to friends stay in their feeds, credited to “someone”.
- Reports you made, and reports made about content you posted, are kept for up to 12 months, so we can deal with abuse.
- If your account was banned for breaking our rules, a record of the ban is kept.
- A copy of lists you own and groups you run is kept for 30 days, so they can be restored for their followers and members if needed. After that it’s permanently deleted.
