These terms apply to your use of fomo-no-no (“we”, “us”), on the website and in the app. By signing in you agree to them. If you don’t agree, you can still browse gigs without an account, but you can’t sign in or use the social features.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Anything you write that other people can see — your username, list names, group names and descriptions, and gigs you add — must not contain:

hate speech, slurs, or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age;
harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation of anyone;
sexually explicit, obscene or violent content;
content that promotes illegal activity, self-harm or terrorism;
impersonation of another person or of fomo-no-no;
spam, scams or misleading content.

Breaking these rules gets your content removed and can get your account suspended permanently, without warning.

Filtering

We automatically check names and titles for offensive language and refuse ones that fail. The filter can’t catch everything, which is why reporting matters.

Reporting and blocking

Report anything that breaks these rules: use Report on a person, list or group (the “···” button next to it), or on a gig someone else added.
Block anyone you don’t want to deal with. Neither of you will see the other’s name, lists or gigs any more, and they can’t send you friend requests or invites. You can unblock people from Settings.

What we do about reports

We review every report and act on it within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account that posted it may be suspended. Repeat or serious offenders are banned. A suspended account can no longer use the social features and nothing it posted is shown to anyone.

Your account

You must be 13 or over to create an account.
You’re responsible for what you post and for keeping your sign-in secure.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. That removes your profile, username, friends, gigs you added, your saved preferences, and the lists you own and groups you run (for their followers and members too). See how to delete your account.

Gig information

Gig listings are collected from venues’ own websites and may be wrong or out of date. Always check with the venue or ticket seller before you travel or buy.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we’ll ask you to agree again before you next post anything.
